District 5 met at the NCCCLRA Conference at the Levine Campus of Central Piedmont Community College on July 27, 2005.

Tentative plans were made for two meetings within the next year, one in spring and one in fall.  Isothermal Community College offered to host one meeting in March 2006, date to be determined.  Cleveland Community College offered to host a November 2005 meeting, date to be determined.
