LRA District V Meeting

Wilkes Community College ~ NCCCLRA Conference

Present: Allen Mosteller (Cleveland CC), Libby Stone (Gaston), Grant LeFoe (SPCC), Karen MacMurray (SPCC), Gena Craig (CPCC), Amy Burns (CPCC), Kimberly Balcos (CPCC)

Old Business: none

New Business:

1. It was announced that Calvin Craig will be stepping down as web editor for the NCCCLRA website. Allen Mosteller will be taking over this position.

2. New officers were elected:

§ District Director ~ Libby Stone

§ Vice Director ~ Amy Burns

§ Secretary ~ Grant LeFoe

§ CCLINC Representative ~ Karen MacMurray

3. A CCCLA representative was not elected because no library directors were present at the meeting. Libby Stone offered to send an email to all library directors in District V to recruit a volunteer for this position.

4. The next District V meeting was proposed for July.

The meeting was adjourned.
