![]() The North Carolina Community College Learning Resources Association will hold its Annual Conference on April 2 - 4, 2008. The conference will be held at the Walker Center at Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, NC. Librarians, learning center coordinators, media specialists, telecommunications personnel, and other interested individuals from our 58 community colleges will be in attendance. Exhibitors will be located in the main hall outside the auditorium. The Walker Center is a lock-down facility, so everything will be secure when the exhibits are closed for the evening. Campus security will also be on site. Space for exhibitors will be reserved on a "first-come" basis. Your check is needed to reserve your space. The exhibit set-up will consist of one undraped 8-foot table and two chairs. The fee is $100 for the first table and $25 for each additional table. White table skirts are available at $7 each. Electrical outlets and wireless Internet access are available in the Walker Center at no charge. However, electrical outlets may not be available for all exhibit booths. If you need an electrical outlet please indicate this on your registration form. Your need for electricity will also determine your booth location in the exhibit area. Booth numbers will be assigned by me. Please remit your check and registration form as early as possible, but not later than March 3, 2008 to ensure that your company's name is included in the conference program. Your company's name will also be added to the NCCCLRA Conference web site at www.nccclra.org. Late registration will be from March 4 - 14, 2008. However, inclusion of your company's name in the conference program may not be guaranteed. Fees for late registration will be $150 for the first table and $25 for each additional table. Exhibitor Registration FormThere are a number of sponsor opportunities available for exhibitors. The sponsor will be recognized by placement of company information on the conference website, listing in the conference program, and signage displayed at the event. Two meals, a lunch on April 3rd, and a breakfast buffet on April 4th, will be provided at the conference. Exhibitors are welcome to join with conference attendees for these meals. Please indicate on your registration form which meals you plan to eat so that we have an accurate head count. You may pay for these meals at the conference registration table. The menu for these meals has not yet been determined. However, the price for either meal will not exceed $12. Thank you for your service to the members of NCCCLRA.
