The conference will be held at Wake Technical Community College 9101 Fayetteville Road Raleigh, North Carolina 27603-5696 Librarians, learning center coordinators, media specialists, telecommunications personnel, and other interested persons from our 58 community colleges will be in attendance. Space for exhibitors will be reserved on a "first-come" basis. Your check is needed to reserve space. The exhibit set-up will consist of one undraped table with a work area and chair. The price is $100 for the first table and $25 for each additional table. Table numbers will be assigned at the exhibit area by me or an assistant. Exhibits will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on 7-27-2006 and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 7-28-2006 Venders may begin set up at 7:00 a.m. on July 27. A room will be set aside for storage for items vendors wish to lock up. An exhibitor show case with web access will be held on 7-27-2006 in the auditorium from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The first eight exhibitors who register will be given 15 minutes to high light their product in an auditorium with computer and Internet access.
